You must be legally able to enter a contract and provide accurate registration details. Why does that matter? Because your invoices, tax estimates, and saved settings depend on your information being right.

• Keep your login credentials private.
• Update your details when they change.
• Don’t create accounts for someone else without permission.
• Use the service only for lawful business or personal accounting.

Paid plans bill on the schedule shown at checkout, and we’ll show the price before you confirm. Want to change plans later? You can, and we’ll spell out any difference before the next charge.

No abuse, no scraping, no attempts to damage the platform. Simple. You’re welcome to generate invoices, estimate tax, compare plans, and organise your own records, but you can’t use the software to break laws or interfere with other users.

The site, branding, and software belong to Peach Tally or its licensors. You keep ownership of your own data, but you don’t get rights to copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or republish the product. Fair deal?

We provide the service as a tool, not legal or tax advice. If an account is misused, we may suspend or terminate access. Where a dispute arises, we’ll aim to sort it out in good faith before anything escalates.

You can cancel your account any time. Before you go, you may export your data so your records stay with you. That’s the point, isn’t it? Your books should be yours.
